These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Novvibet platform. By registering, logging in, or using any service on Novvibet, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. General Terms & Conditions

• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit

Novvibet accepts deposits via mobile banking, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the cashier page. Novvibet does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed, please contact support.
• Using third-party payment methods is not permitted.

3.2 Withdraw

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. However, identity verification or security reviews may cause delays in some cases. Novvibet reserves the right to verify KYC (Know Your Customer) documents before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.

4.1 Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement. This means you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, if the wagering requirement is 30x and the bonus is BDT 100, you will need to place BDT 3,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• Low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses (such as placing equal bets on opposite outcomes) are not permitted.
• Novvibet reserves the right to review any account suspected of bonus abuse.
• If bonus terms are violated, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

5. Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on Novvibet are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is stated in the game information. Novvibet does not interfere with the outcome of any game.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the bet for that round may be voided.
• Disrespectful behavior toward dealers or other players in live games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit software or system vulnerabilities will result in immediate account termination.
• Match fixing or the use of insider information in Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitutes a violation of Novvibet's rules and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Registering using a false identity or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, malware, or any other unauthorized means.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to harm other players.

7. Account Closure & Restrictions

Novvibet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, for any reason — including violations of these terms.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the designated period has ended.

8. Responsible Gaming

Responsible gaming is a top priority at Novvibet. We always want our players to see gaming as a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
